VP of Clinical & Regulatory Affairs
Timothy A. Fayram has over 24 years of implantable medical device experience as an individual contributor and as a leader. His areas of specialty include clinical study management, mechanical design and electronics packaging for implantable pulse generators, battery and high voltage capacitor design, percutaneous biosensors, along with quality system management in the application of the ISO 13485 and 14155 standards.
He created a network of clinical research centers outside of the US that generated evidence through targeted clinical studies and investigator collaboration. His areas of application expertise are in Cardiac Electrophysiology and Neuromodulation for the treatment of Neuropathic Pain and Movement Disorders.
He is currently the VP of Clinical Research at NeuSpera™ Medical Inc. He has held leadership positions at St. Jude Medical including VP of Research and VP of Mechanical Development. He has a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Agricultural Engineering from the University of California at Davis.
